  • Depending on vehicles the elevation gain will be anywhere from 1400 to 1800m. The hike is steep; and according to Beckey the peak is “easy scrambling but with some exposure”.

  • The plan is to attempt it with just basic hiking gear (crampons and an ice axe) rather than take a rope.  If we make the summit good – if we don’t, we will have got fresh air and exercise. Please phone or email for more details.
