We’ll start with a comfortable 9km bike ride along the Seymour Valley Trailway to the trailhead for Seymour Valley Lookout. From there we stash our bikes in the bush and climb up past the lookout to Coliseum Mountain, and then on to Burwell.

Saturday’s weather is looking nice. Flint and Feather is a trail just to the right of the Grind and finishes with a nice small scramble with a cool viewpoint.
