We will meet over Zoom, Manouane will review the ACC National Section Handbook Running trips document, and compare it with our current Trip Coordinator guidelines.

Russ will discuss our event calendar strategy for Winter 2026/27 , what trips we would like the organizers to run, how we will build the schedule and the tools we will use (google docs, Whatsapp).

Russ will also demonstrate how to post a trip on the refreshed website, and show us how to use the various functions and searches on the website as well as the carpooling app integrated into each event posted on the calendar.

After our presentations, we will take questions from the group. Please make the time to read the Running trips section of the ACC Section Handbook.
