Description

Meet at the BCMC trail head at 1:30pm and
hike up BCMC Trail.  The hike ends at the top as we will be downloading therefore you will need to purchase a download pass unless you have a pass.  People can go at their own pace as the trail is well marked.  We may do intervals to get the heart rate up.

No microspikes needed. Bring your poles if you like using them. Dress appropriately.  We are  going rain or shine.
