Description
Meet at Cloudburst Cafe and convoy to the parking near the trailhead. This is a hike on a well marked trail, followed by a descent on a logging road and walk along the
dirt road back to the car. Best done in shoes with grippy sole for the rocky sections. Could be slippery if it’s been raining.
This is a fun hike with some scrambling and a pretty forest as well as interesting scenery. Views questionable, in case of clouds.
We will keep a casual pace, and have a lunch break. Must be comfortable with some very basic rock scrambling and a bit of exposure.
Moderate to good fitness. Total distance: 8.5 km, Elevation gain: 525 m.
Questions: do you have a vehicle and can you drive?
How many people can you take?
