Get your legs ready for mountaineering

Will be going up the BCMC starting at 7:30am or could go at 7 am if people have to go to work.

I will be going up at least 700m and then descending for an eccentric leg workout.  If feeling good I may go to the top then descend. Typically we have been walking up backwards from the parking lot (meet and start at the very end of the bottom parking lot) up the new gravel ramp, approx 80m then continue as normal once entering the trees.   It takes about two hours doing this.   Steady pace, not racing up.  We can go at our own pace. NOTE: apparently the gondola is down for servicing tomorrow so it will be a walk down.
