AST 1 – Avalanche Skills Training Level 1:

Adventure Sports to offer discounted AST 1 training to members.

The course includes

• Half a day of self directed online learning
• 1 day in the field (Feb 6)

GENERAL:

• Sunglasses & Goggles

• Wool or Synthetic Socks
• Non-Cotton Base Layer

• Waterproof Breathable Jacket (Gore-Tex or similar)

• Toque (Beanie)

• Face Warmer
