Welcome to the annual En Plein Air
hiking/sketching/painting/photographing get-away
weekend at Baker Lodge, by the Mt. Baker ski area
in Washington State. We try to meet sometime after
noon on Fri Sept 20 at Artists Point, and enjoy 2
1/2 days of hiking, scrambling, sketching and
painting. – Hikers and photographers are
definitely welcome!- The scenery is spectacular
with views of alpine meadows, brooks, lakes and
ridge-lines, as well as Mt. Baker and Mt.
Shuksan!! The accommodation at Baker Lodge is
rustic but quite comfortable. All meals are
included except lunch on the first day. (The cooks
are also very good at accommodating food
