Description

Drive to Buntzen Lake in Coquitlam. Park and hike along east side of the lake to the Eagle Peak trail head. Hike up past Swan Falls and continuing switch backing up through the trees and a meadow and on to the Peak with views to the north east, to Baker and around to Vancouver, west to Seymour and Deep Cove; almost panoramic at 1280metres. Descend somewhat to Lindsay Lake and southwards along the bluffs with view points along the way west and south. Descend another set of switchbacks back to the parking lot. Take a dip if you are so inclined! Drive home.
