Grouse Grind Speedy Hike – Alpine Fitness Training

Join for a speedy hike up on Grouse Grind trail
aiming to improve the fitness for alpine ascents in
summer 2014.

The goal is within 5-6 weeks become in the 40’s
minute bracket for the 853m elevation gain on GG

Meet at 8:00am at trail-head and start the hike as
fast as you can not later than 8:10am.
