A short day of back-country skiing. Skills level – intermediate to advance. Not suitable for novices. If we haven’t met before please send message indicating experience and fitness level.

Meet in the Mackin Park (Coquitlam) parking lot at 6:30am. Carpool to the Coquihalla. Climb Nak. Depending on conditions we may have to stay within treed areas.

Meet at Boundary Chevron for 5:45am and plan to leave for 6:15am. We will stop in hope to sign waivers and discuss the avalanche bulletin and terrain choices. This trip is dependent on the avlanche forecast. Other touring options include Mt. Baker, Elfin Lake, and Duffy. This is a beginner oriented trip.
