Drive to Parking area (Summit of Railroad Pass Hurley river road) arrive about 10 pm….camp at road head…. Saturday am depart for Semaphore lakes….drop of overnight gear…..push on to Locomotive & return….. Sunday morning early departure for Face Peak & return….. break camp drive home….

Day 1 – Hike to Wendy Thompson hut. Set up camp in or near hut. Explore the basin. Day 2 – Attempt to summit Mt. Marriot and return to cars.

Little Ring is an interesting-looking black volcanic peak located at the head of the Squamish and Soo rivers. Approaching from Squamish S900 FSR. Class 3 scrambles on SE rib to the summit.
