Want to get in shape for the summer? Join in for a quickie hike up Grouse Trails before work. Meet @ Grouse Trail Head for 6 am start. or whatever time would allow you to be ready for download by 7:30 am.

If not time for a weekend trip consider joining us for a quick trip up F & F (or Money Trail if conditions permit) Meet at Grouse Trail Gate ready to hike at 7:30 am. For those interested…. After hike stay for coffee at top.
