Description

This meeting if for Organizers that are active or plan to be active this Winter. We will review the trip reports from the recent weeks and address/debrief some hick ups or situations that came up. Russ will demonstrate some trip posting steps that may help manage the group better.

We can talk about how to vet participants and how to plan trips while working with conditions. Come debrief and learn and connect with other trip organizers. Bring topics if you like email Russ and I in advance if possible. If you have some expertise in organizing and want to share your tips we welcome your experience.
