Description
This is a fitness hike in the early morning (inspired by the after-work hikes being posted on the calendar)
Meet-up at Entrance/gate of Grouse Grind at 6:25am
We will head up around 6:30am
Plan: Hike up Grouse and take the BCMC trail down (or the Gondola down for those who need to zip back to work)
Pace: Moderate- at your own pace.* Feel free to load up a backpack if you would like to train for an upcoming multi-day hike
*Bring enough water and an additional layer for when you get to the top
Weather: Hike will happen if 30% POP or less
