Description

Travelling efficiently in a rope team is a skill that takes practice.  Looking for some people who want to head up to Seymour and practice rope team travel — the plan is to hike up to Brockton Point, then rope up and head up Pump Peak roped up.

Although focus will be travel as a rope team, we may also do some practice clipping running belays as well if time permits.

Note: this is a practice session; not instruction.  Everyone who signs up should already know how to tie in to a rope for glacier travel.

  • Harness + Carabiner
  • Headlamp
  • Ice Axe
