Description

Paul Ridge is one of my favourite places to go skiing when there is good snow.  You get to drive fairly hight and its not too crowded since the road and small parking lot restricts crowds.  The terrain is simple with great views if the weather is good.

The plan is to meet at the Brackendale Starbucks by Canadian Tire.

We will head to the highpoint and look for good slopes to ski.

Since this is a backcountry ski trip with potential avalanche danger you need to bring a transceiver, shovel, probe and other standard safety equipment such as extra warm clothes and food.  You need to have some experience (such as AST-1 or equivalent).  This is not a beginner friendly trip.

We plan to back to the cars by about 3-4 pm.
