    This trip is focused on crevasse rescue in winter environments. Snow anchors will be reviewed based on the THINX method and we will practice the drop loop and 3/1 systems.     8 am start from Mountaineers Mt Baker Lodge at Baker Ski area. From upper Mt Baker parking lot clockwise around TableMountain and ski out Herman Saddle

    8 am start from Mountaineers Mt Baker Lodge at Baker Ski area. We will need to arrange some carpools to get to the starting location. We may leave directly from this site to the border. We will discuss travel plans more at the Tour-O-Rama event.

    Plan is to meet at a mutually convient location (Cheveron Station Boundary Rd & Dominion…or other tbd) @ 6 am drive to Mt Baker Ski Area to join any of several day trips as part of the Mount Baker Lodge & Backcountry Tour-O-rama…..and to RETURN TO VANCOUVER IN THE EVENING.
