Description

Ski up from Lion’s bay to Harvey Creek up to Magnesia Meadows and down Magnesia Creek. The first 200-300 m we may be carrying skis. Total elevation gain around 1300 m. Subject to weather and snow conditions.

This is a worthwhile Howe Sound area ski trip with great views (weather permitting) and some decent skiing (snow permitting) but also a little bit of bushwhacking and logging roads.  Best of all, short driving distance from Vancouver.

Sunday could be a possibility if weather looks substantially better.

This is not a beginner friendly trip
