Description

This trip is for eight people doing backcountry ski touring or splitboarding in the Coquihalla Range of Southwestern BC.  This is a beginner-friendly trip at a social pace to ski some low angle but great turns in a stunning location.

Requirements:

-Good attitude

-Adequate fitness for a full day outside

-Ability to ski black runs in any conditions

-Ast 1 equivalent or better

 

Required gear:

-Touring kit (skis or board)

-Avi gear (beacon, shovel, probe)

-Food and water

-Layers
