Description

2 nights and 3 days at the Wendy Thompson Hut. Arriving Dec 27th, leaving Dec 29th.

All participants must have completed AST1 or have equivalent experience, be able to ski Black runs under any conditions, have prior experience touring with good technical skills, good enough fitness for 3 consecutive days of touring. Split boards OK; no snowshoers.

Please ensure you have adequate fitness to get to the hut at a reasonable pace to ensure we can ski on the first day.

All participants will be screened; being first on the list does not guarantee a spot. Please send an email to me describing: 1) your experience, 2) if you have a winter-ready vehicle and can drive, 3) general fitness.

Description

3 nights at beautiful Wendy Thompson hut. $15 per
night x 3 nights is $45 per person. Leave morning of 28 December and return early evening on 31 December

Caveat:Last few years conditions have been sucky.

Preference given to people that signed up last year
as trip was awash due to crap conditions and rain.

Leaving back to ancouver on new years eve, may be
potential to tent for new years night?
