I’ve booked out the Big Rock Brewery upstairs
boardroom
(not the tasting room) for our September leadership
/ executive
meeting.

We have two meetings left in the year before the AGM & Community Social in
November
– Lets make them count!

Come at 6:30pm if you want to catch up, order
dinner from the
new menu, or just meet some friendly faces, meeting
otherwise
starts at 7:00pm.

NOTE: All club members are
welcome to join our leadership meetings and provide
input as
non-voting members.
For anyone that has never attended a volunteer/exec
meeting
before, their purpose is to talk about the
initiatives, ideas and
work taking place to make the section the
best it can be. Topics for the latter will include
some or all of the
following:

• Activities
• Training
• Events
• Membership
• Communications
• Governance
• Socials
• Archives
• Community
• Promotions
• Huts
• Finances
• Anything Else..

An agenda is posted online ahead of time, but will
be added to
up until the day of the meeting. To add a topic for
discussion
