Back to Mahoney and Son’s for our September executive
meeting.

Let’s meet at 6:30pm, and aim to start the meeting for 7:00pm or
so.

For anyone that has never attended a volunteer/exec meeting
before, their purpose is to talk about the initiatives, ideas and
work taking place to make the section the best it can be.

Any Vancouver section member is welcome to join and be a part
of the discussions and conversations. Topics will include some or
all of the following:

• Activities
• Programs
• Events
• Membership
• Communications
• Socials
• Archives
• Community
• Promotions
• Huts
• Finances
• Anything Else..

An agenda is usually sent out on the morning of the meeting to
anyone registered to attend. To add a topic for discussion, please
