We’re going climbing! Depending on weather, we’ll be heading down to either Skaha (Penticton) or Frenchman’s Coulee (Vantage, Washington) – we’ll make the call a bit closer to the day.

There are reasonably priced campgrounds at both locations (better facilities than the free camping). We’ll be heading down Friday night, climbing Saturday and early Sunday, then coming back that evening.

The expectation for people coming on this trip is that they can take care of themselves – we can all climb together and I’m happy to point people towards climbs, but no one will be rope-gunning for you. Neither of these areas is easy to top rope in, so you’ll need to be able to lead your own routes.
