Description
Meet at the Edge Climbing Gym in North Vancouver at
7pm. Climb or boulder for an hour then meet in the training area
for a training session composing of
various strength training exercises. If you still
have energy after the training session, hit the gym
for another round of routes or boulder problems. Casual Evening
– if you’d rather just climb and skip the strength training, feel
free. All levels of experience and ages are welcome.
