Meet at the Edge Climbing Gym in North Vancouver
at 7pm. Climb or boulder for an hour then meet in
the training area for a training session composing
of various strength training exercises. If you
still have energy after the training session, hit
the gym for another round of routes or boulder
If you’d rather just climb and skip the strength
training, feel free. All levels of experience and
ages are welcome. Easy going night to meet and
train with fellow climbers.
