Description

Several times a year the club’s executive
(read: volunteers) meet to discuss a
variety of topics. This month’s gathering is taking place at Forty
Ninth Parallel, who have set aside the big table for us and a few
donuts also.

Our meetings are to talk about the initiatives, ideas and work
taking place to make the section the best it can be, and any
Vancouver section member’s are welcome to join and
be a part of the discussions also.

The agenda changes month to month, and your
input is always welcomed.

Topics will include some or all of the
following:

• Activities
• Programs
• Events
• Membership
• Communications
• Socials
• Archives
• Community
• Promotions
• Huts
• Finances
• Anything Else..

Gathering time is 7:30pm, and meeting will start shortly
thereafter.

An agenda is usually sent out in the days prior to
