Meeting at 7 am at Franklin & Kamloops (behind London Drugs) to arrange car pooling. Leaving for Chilliwack at 7.15 am – driving time approx. 2hrs. (2WD) Hiking time for Mount MacFarlane is 5 1/2 – 7hrs.

Mount MacFarlane is a fantastic easy scramble. (mostly hiking) Elevation gain is 1770m.
Be prepared for several hours of hiking through trees along Pierce Creek before reaching the alpine, where the pleasant ridge hiking begins.
