able to do a 10-12h day trip, so strong
stamina
is required.

The plan:

Assemble Car pool departure from St
Davids’
5:30 am
Deliver Pickup vehicles to Lions Bay
trailhead
by 6 am.

Drive to Cypress Ski area for 7 am
departure.

Tour along HSCT to Lions descent
trail:descent
bootpack will be required from around
600m.

Elevation gain: around 1500m
Distance: around 18km
Time required: around 10-11h
