Want to learn or brush up on your wilderness first aid skills?

These sessions are intended to help club members retain and
solidify the skills they have gained in a wilderness first aid (or
equivalent course).

Each session will focus on a specific first aid concern (e.g.
musculoskeletal injuries, wound management, etc), focusing
primarily on everyday issues encountered on club trips.
Participants of this clinic will receive a poll (for those signed up
before Dec. 4th) as to what first aid concern we will focus on for
that evening.

One person will be lost and injured, while the rest will team up
and “respond” to the incident. We will have numerous scenarios
of varying difficulty on each session to practice each of these
skills thoroughly. In addition, an overview of the Patient
Assessment System will be performed at the beginning of each
session to allow all participants to participate regardless of
experience on the scenarios.
