I’ve booked out the Big Rock Brewery for our
October leadership / executive
meeting.

This is our last meeting in the year before the AGM in November, and my last
time hosting a meeting as chair of the
section. – Lets make it count!

Come at 6:30pm if you want to catch up, order
dinner from the
new menu, or just meet some friendly faces, meeting
otherwise
starts at 7:00pm.

NOTE: All club members are
welcome to join our leadership meetings and provide
input as
non-voting members.
For anyone that has never attended a volunteer/exec
meeting
before, their purpose is to talk about the
initiatives, ideas and
work taking place to make the section the best it
can be. We’ll
likely talk mostly about governance and
elections in October given the time of year, but
topics may also
include some or all of the
following:

• Activities
• Training
• Events
• Membership
• Communications
• Governance
• Socials
• Archives
• Community
• Promotions
• Huts
• Finances
• Anything Else..
