Our second meeting for 2016, this time being hosted at the MEC Head Office (on
Great Northern Way).
There are bike
racks outside for those that would
like to use them, and free parking is available around the back of the building.

February’s meeting is broken down into two parts.

Part A) Spearhead Huts – Manrico and Liz will spend some time between 6:30pm-
7:30pm getting those interested up to speed on the Spearhead Huts initiative, where
major ground has been covered in the last number of months.

Part B) Volunteer / Exec Meeting (7:30pm-9:00pm).
Our volunteer / exec meetings are to talk about the initiatives, ideas and work
taking place to make the section the best it can be.

Any Vancouver section member is welcome to join and be a part of the discussions
and conversations for either part of the evening. Topics for the latter will include
some or all of the following:

• Activities
• Programs
• Events
• Membership
• Communications
• Socials
• Archives
• Community
• Promotions
• Huts
• Finances
• Anything Else..

An agenda is usually sent out in the days prior to
