My plan is to Leave Vancouver early saturday afternoon, drive to the Winthrop area, spend Satudtay at Lone Fir campground 5 miles past Washington pass( 4 hour drive). Because the SEWS-SA is a popular climb I was hoping to get up early enough to be at the trailhead by 6 am Sunday. That should give us lots of time to get back home by Sunday evening.
