So all organizers, facilitators, leaders will have a target date for planning purposes to begin;
1 Review overall curriculum & documentation
2 Eevaluate utility of an ALT course
3 Plan (amend) content and venue for specific events
4 Identify potential assistants

Meetings and information amending could in principle be done electronically An early get together of key players may help move things along.
Thus an invitees only meeting on Feb 22 (before our regular social maybe with Pizza provided) With a tentative course materials (curriculum, equipment lists, etc) publication and course posting date of 15 March 2011.
