BCVCC: Study subjects Required!!

April 26th 2011

Description

The British Columbia Visibility Coordinating Committee (BCVCC) is a group of air quality specialists developing a visibility index and visibility goals for the Lower Fraser Valley.

John Gallagher, a meteorologist in the UBC Department of Geography, will be present at the April meeting to conduct a short survey on the perception of visual air quality. The survey will ask participants to view and rate 30 digital photos of a particular scene under a variety of air quality conditions. The survey is optional and will take about 30 minutes, following the evening’s feature presentation.

If you want to assist in this study, please stick around after Bill’s presentation. John very much appreciates and thanks in advance those of you who chose to participate.
