Description

We will have an indoor workshop on Saturday. I have material that
Frank Baumann and I put together. Frank was one of the most
experienced avalanche experts in Canada. Unfortunately he passed
away after a car accident in 2013.

Frank started teaching about avalanches for the FMCBC before
Avalanche Canada was created.

The intention is to equip club members to travel safely in the
avalanche terrain.

On Sunday we will head up to Paul Ridge to dig some pits and learn
more.
