Were being hosted at Mahoney and Son’s for our April executive
meeting.
This will be the first meeting of 2016 to involve brews,
but hopefully not the last either!

Let’s meet at 6:30pm, and aim to start the meeting for 7:00pm or
so.

For anyone that has never attended a volunteer/exec meeting
before, their purpose is to talk about the initiatives, ideas and
work taking place to make the section the best it can be.

Any Vancouver section member is welcome to join and be a part
of the discussions and conversations for either part of the
evening. Topics for the latter will include some or all of the
following:

• Activities
• Programs
• Events
• Membership
• Communications
• Socials
• Archives
• Community
• Promotions
• Huts
• Finances
• Anything Else..

An agenda is usually sent out on the morning of the meeting to
anyone registered to attend. To add a topic for discussion, please
