Meet at base of Grouse for 8 am start. Hike up BCMC to Chalet (1 hour +) ….tour to Goat Mtn & back Gondola back down. Bring ski’s or snowshoes (avi kit or prepare to stop if conditions warrant) poles ice axe, crampons, helmet….etc Lunch & snack. Intended to be a beginner friendly trip.

This will be a fairly leisurely trip to summit Needle peak and return. If we have extra time, and the avalanche conditions aren’t dangerous, we may optionally do some yo-yo skiing before heading down.
