Have gear that’s been sitting in storage and needs a new home? Stop by an MEC store from the list below to donate your (clean) gently used outdoor gear and we’ll take care of the rest.

All outdoor gear is eligible for donation. We will not accept items that are smelly, moldy or otherwise unhygienic, items beyond repair. For safety reasons, we cannot accept or re-sell the following used safety gear: climbing harnesses, ropes, slings, quickdraws, ice tool leashes, paddling throw bags, tow lines and rescue strips, helmets or personal locator beacons. We reserve the right to refuse donations that do not meet the criteria.

Donations will be accepted until October 2.
