Volunteering to run trips is an integral part of the club’s culture, and we want to both encourage and support everyone who is interested.
There are a few things you should know first though! Please read the guidelines, then complete the form below and we can fill you in. Jay MacArthur is currently our volunteer hero that reviews applications, and will take anywhere from an hour to a few days to do so depending on his schedule. Please keep in mind that we are entirely volunteer run organization and a little bit of patience goes a long way!

Trip organizers must collect signed waiver forms after each trip and hand them to the club’s exectutive at a monthly social, volunteer meeting or by mail:

Did you know?
The club supports it’s trip organizers in various ways. One of which is in the form of financial grants for courses taken outside of the section.
This allows active trip organizers to apply for up to ⅔ of the cost of courses such as first-aid to be reimbursed. Please read the policy for more information.
